How beliefs effect you
Beliefs are just thoughts that have been repeated many times - but they tend to come true.
So for example you might want to change "I'm always late" to "I'm always on time."

A lot of people tend to be afraid of making mistakes.
Did you know that the average millionaire has been in bankruptcy or near bankruptcy over 3 times?
Failure is like fertiliser for success. It stinks but you need it!
The next time you make a mistake remember that it's ok to make a mistake and that you can learn and grow from it.
Speed up your failure rate
Why? You can learn from your failures and do things differently. If you get another failure you try something different again. Therefore, if you fail enough times you will eventually get it right.
You are much more likely to achieve success this way, rather than trying to avoid mistakes and action.

Write down any limiting beliefs you have about yourself. What things would you like to believe instead?
